The price of flights has continued to rise because of fuel prices but at the same time service on most airlines has continues to deteriorate. The cost of fuel is being used as an added excuse to eliminate customer service and value added perks for loyal customers and frequent fliers. I spent over 90 minutes trying to use miles from US Air tonight only to find out that the seat shown on the internet was no longer available in their system. Southwest continues to be our company and my personal favorite!
