    WHY WHY It doesn't have to be.. Why spam people if everyone is broke. No money to steal.

    If the companies employing spammers are going broke the problem will only get worse as the marketing push will inevitably get more aggresive. The spammers will get paid less for every piece of mail, forcing them to increase their output. Well, that's just my opinion.... as gloomy as it is.
