"@dotell the article mentions that the new turbines will be used for aerodynamic blades to conducting atmospheric-science research, after reading that I'm assuming these turbines are more focused on R&D then generating power, with the hope of being able to generate even more than the current max of 3.6 megawatts in the future. Does that make sense?"
